This is some bull of an article. Guyana has such and isolated drug problem. There are other countries out there with much major problems but let one incident happen, it becomes so public and everyone start the blame game. Blame the government, blame the president and everyone. How about these blaming fools take initiative and do something about it themselves since they so concerned. It is people like you who I am sure is thousands miles in another country and want to dictate the way we live here.
