How can the Gov't turn a blind eye on its' people?

Many years ago a job in Guyana was a life long security. Today it is directly the opposite situation. Few now see a job as leading to a pension. When reaching a pension able age is even possible, workers are not mindful as the earnings are unrealistic. They prefer to cheat the system and to make quick money and do so quietly.

Our traffic policemen take their salaries as pocket money. The bulk of their earnings came from motorists on the road, which has the officers on their payroll; such motorists do no wrong on the road. There

    i think so too…too many corrupt people.once you have money u can get away with anything

    you are right…Darwin’s theory….”Survival of the fittest” …brings us back to the savage ansestry from which we developed…seems like we still have a long way to go to actually sustain evolution
