Jamaica Named Expedia’s Top Caribbean Destination

Jamaica was named Top Destination of the Year – Caribbean for 2010 by Expedia, Inc., finishing ahead of 24 other Caribbean islands. The presentation took place at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in Montego Bay on 2011 January 15 at the Expedia Partner Awards event, prior to this year’s Caribbean Marketplace. Jamaica won the award based on a number of factors, including room night production.

Jamaica is an affiliate partner and creative global marketing partner of Expedia, and was credited with running the first expandable campaign in the region.
